How It Works

1. Lysis & Homogenization – Samples are lysed in a specialized buffer, and ethanol is added to create optimal binding conditions.
2. RNA Binding – The lysate is applied to an RNeasy spin column, where RNA selectively binds to the silica membrane.
3. Wash Steps – Contaminants are efficiently removed using optimized buffers.
4. Elution – Pure RNA is eluted in 10–14 µL of RNase-free water, ready for downstream analysis.
