Sterile Opticap® XLT 10 Cartridge (10 in.)

The Opticap® XLT 10 cartridge is a sterile, single-use filter capsule designed for biopharmaceutical applications, offering exceptional microorganism retention and filtration efficiency. It features a MILLIPORE EXPRESS® membrane, which meets the "non-fiber releasing" criteria as defined in 21 CFR 210.3 (b) (6).

• Nominal Length: 10 inches (25 cm)
• Filter Diameter: 10.7 cm (4.2 in.)
• Sterilization: Meets current USP and AAMI guidelines for sterility through a validated autoclave sterilization cycle (3 cycles of 60 minutes at 123 °C).
• Bacterial Retention: Demonstrated retention of at least 1 x 10⁷ CFU/cm² of Brevundimonas diminuta using ASTM® F838 methodology.
• Minimal TOC & Conductivity: After sterilization, the product shows < 500 ppb TOC and < 1.3 μS/cm conductivity, ensuring product purity.
• Non-Fiber Releasing: The MILLIPORE EXPRESS® membrane ensures it meets the criteria for "non-fiber releasing" filters.
