Anti-BCLAF1
Overview
The Anti-BCLAF1 antibody (HPA027770) is a rabbit Triple A Polyclonal reagent recognising human BCL2-associated transcription factor 1 (BCLAF1), a nuclear protein implicated in transcriptional regulation, apoptotic signalling, and mRNA processing. The antibody is raised against a recombinant protein fragment corresponding to a defined BCLAF1 sequence region enriched in arginine–lysine–serine–rich motifs. Validated exclusively for immunohistochemistry, it enables localisation of BCLAF1 in fixed human tissues.
