Non-sterile filtration unit is designed for efficient filtration of up to 10 liters of liquid, offering high flow rates and low protein binding to ensure maximum sample recovery.

  • Membrane Type: Hydrophilic Durapore® (PVDF)

  • Pore Size: 0.22 μm

  • Filtration Area: 100 cm²

  • Inlet/Outlet Connections: 6 mm (1/4 in.) hose barb

  • Maximum Inlet Pressure: 5.2 bar (75 psi) at 25 °C

  • Sterilization: Capable of withstanding 3 autoclave cycles of 90 minutes at 123 °C; not suitable for in-line steam sterilization

  • Bacterial Retention: Effectively retains Brevundimonas diminuta (ATCC® 19146) at a concentration of 10⁷ CFU/cm², as per ASTM® F838-83 standards

  • Endotoxin Level: Aqueous extraction contains ≤0.5 EU/mL, determined by the Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) test
