The KNF Laboport N840G is a high-performance diaphragm vacuum pump designed for safe, oil-free transfer of aggressive and corrosive gases and vapors. With a maximum flow rate of 34 L/min and manual speed control, it offers precise adjustment for a wide range of laboratory applications including chemical processing, environmental analysis, and sample preparation.
Built with PTFE/TFM pump heads, PTFE-coated diaphragms, and FFPM valves, the N840G ensures excellent chemical resistance and minimal contamination risk. The integrated gas ballast enhances vapor handling, while the ATEX compliance (Ex II 2/-G IIB+H2 T3 internal atmosphere only) supports safe operation in hazardous environments.
Its compact footprint, quiet operation, and 100% oil-free design make it ideal for cleanroom and bench-top use.
