Description

The Flexsafe STR® 2000 L is a high-capacity single-use bioreactor bag engineered for commercial-scale cell culture applications, offering exceptional performance, reproducibility, and ease of integration. Designed to support sensitive production cell lines, its optimized S80 film material, precise resin formulation, and controlled manufacturing processes ensure lot-to-lot consistency.

Each standard STR bag includes two 3-blade segmented impellers tailored for mammalian cell culture, along with a combi ring sparger for efficient submerse gassing. The system features Opta® SFT sterile connectors for simplified filter transfer set integration and weldable substrate tubing for secure media, acid, base, or antifoam addition.

Real-time process monitoring is supported by integrated single-use optical DO and pH sensors, enabling fast, accurate, and contamination-free measurements. Flexsafe STR® bags are gamma-irradiated and ready-to-use, with compatibility for Biostat STR® bagholders and optional exhaust accessories for added safety and performance.
