Description

Molecular Designs Bullseye TaqProbe qPCR is a master-mix reagent for probe-based quantitative PCR. It is used by combining the 2× mix with template DNA, water, and a 10× primer/probe assay mix, then thermally cycling the prepared reaction. In a documented application, this workflow quantified bacterial 16S rRNA gene copies in extracted DNA, supporting bacterial-load measurements and similar assays built around compatible primer/probe sets.
