Description

A ready-to-use luminescent red stain for visualizing proteins in electrophoresis gels with UV fluorescence imaging. It provides a direct staining workflow for protein gel analysis and supports recovery of stained bands for downstream characterization.

Key Features

• Single 5–30 minute staining step without fixation; destaining is optional.
• Detects approximately 1–10 ng of protein per band, depending on the staining method and protein-dependent staining intensity.
• Aqueous-based formulation without methanol or acetic acid; it does not cause gel shrinkage.
