Dynabeads® Protein A are uniform, superparamagnetic polystyrene beads with recombinant Protein A covalently coupled to the surface, supplied as a 5 mL suspension suitable for immunoprecipitation-based capture of antibodies and antigen complexes. These 2.8 µm diameter beads offer rapid, gentle magnetic separation and are compatible with both manual techniques and automated magnetic platforms such as KingFisher™ and DynaMag™ systems. The beads are supplied in phosphate-buffered saline with Tween-20 and sodium azide to maintain stability and ease of use.
