TaqMan™ Fast Advanced Master Mix is a ready-to-use, 2X concentrated qPCR reagent optimized for fast cycling, duplex reactions, and challenging targets. Engineered for superior sensitivity, accuracy, and dynamic range, it supports gene expression, DNA quantitation, and miRNA analysis across a wide range of qPCR platforms.

This mix contains AmpliTaq Fast DNA Polymerase, uracil-N-glycosylase (UNG), dUTP, ROX passive reference dye, and optimized buffer components. It is validated for use with TaqMan assays and TaqMan array microfluidic cards, and remains stable at room temperature for up to 72 hours in preassembled reactions.
