The SE Cell Line 4D-Nucleofector® X Kit S is a transfection reagent kit formulated for electroporation-based delivery of nucleic acids into cultured cell lines using the Lonza 4D-Nucleofector® X Unit. It is optimised for use with the 20 µL 16-well Nucleocuvette® Strip format of the X Unit and includes a proprietary SE Nucleofector® Solution and supplement to support high transfection efficiencies in cell lines that are otherwise difficult to transfect. The kit’s components and protocols allow conditions to be transferred across various Nucleofector® platforms.
