Vivaspin® 20 centrifugal concentrators are designed for rapid and reliable concentration of biological samples up to 20 mL, using polyethersulfone (PES) membranes housed in durable polycarbonate tubes. Available in 10 kDa (VS2001) and 100 kDa (VS2041) molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) formats, these devices are ideal for protein purification, buffer exchange, and sample desalting.

Each unit features a 6 cm² membrane area, dead stop volume of 50 µL, and holdup volume of just 20 µL, ensuring maximum recovery and minimal sample loss. Compatible with standard 50 mL centrifuge rotors, Vivaspin® 20 supports up to 8000 × g centrifugal force and 5 bar pressure, making it suitable for high-throughput workflows.

Packaged in sets of 12, these non-sterile concentrators offer consistent performance across a wide range of molecular biology and proteomics applications.
