Vivaspin® 20 centrifugal concentrators from Cytiva (Art. No. 28-9323-63) are designed for rapid concentration and buffer exchange of biological samples up to 20 mL working volume. Featuring a polyethersulfone (PES) membrane with a 100 kDa molecular weight cutoff (MWCO), these devices are ideal for processing large-volume protein solutions and other macromolecules.

The polycarbonate housing and conical 50 mL tube format ensure compatibility with standard centrifuge rotors, while the vertical membrane orientation supports high flux and low protein binding. Each unit is non-sterile, room temperature stable
