The Qubit™ 1X dsDNA HS (High Sensitivity) Assay Kit is designed for accurate and easy quantitation of low-abundance DNA samples. Key features include:

• Highly selective for double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) over RNA and single-stranded DNA

• Detection range of 0.2 ng to 100 ng of DNA in the assay tube
