Their active lids support touch-free transfer of a membrane from a Microsart @filter base onto the agar surface, helping reduce the risk of secondary contamination during a critical handling step. The dishes are designed for use with Microsart @filter units, sold separately, and are suitable for workflows such as microbial limit, bioburden and water testing.
