CytoOne® Non-Treated Suspension Culture Plates are engineered for hybridoma culture, lymphocyte suspension, single-cell isolation, and scaling workflows. Available in 6-, 24-, 48-, and 96-well formats, each plate features non-treated surfaces optimized for suspension cell applications.

The 360° chimney well design minimizes cross-contamination, reduces edge effects, and promotes uniform temperature transfer across the plate. Constructed from crystal-clear virgin polystyrene, CytoOne® plates offer optical flat bottoms for distortion-free microscopy and are gamma sterilized to SAL 10⁻⁵, ensuring compatibility with sensitive cell culture protocols.

Additional design enhancements include a vented skirt to reduce condensation and stacking tension, gripping areas for secure handling, and a moulded alpha-numeric matrix for well identification. The non-reversible lids feature condensation rings, venting for gas exchange, support tabs to minimize surface contact when propped open, and a frosted end for labeling. Each plate is individually wrapped with lot number identification for full traceability.
