CytoOne® TC-Treated Tissue Culture Plates are designed for enhanced cell attachment, proliferation, and assay scalability across a wide range of adherent and suspension cell workflows. Available in 6-well and 96-well formats, these plates feature tissue culture-treated surfaces that support optimal growth conditions for sensitive cell lines.

Each well incorporates a 360° chimney design to minimize cross-contamination and promote uniform temperature transfer, while the optical clear flat bottom ensures distortion-free microscopy. Constructed from virgin polystyrene, the plates are non-toxic, non-cytotoxic, and gamma sterilized to SAL 10⁻⁵, with certifications for RNase-, DNase-, DNA-, and pyrogen-free performance.

Additional features include a vented skirt to reduce condensation and stacking tension, gripping areas for secure handling, and a moulded alpha-numeric matrix for well identification. The 96-well format offers a growth area of 0.32 cm², working volume of 0.2 mL, and well diameter of 0.64 cm, making it ideal for high-throughput screening and microscopic analysis.
