High-Performance Microplates for Fluorescent Assays and Low-Binding Applications
Corning® 384-Well Black Microplates are engineered for high-sensitivity fluorescence and luminescence assays. Featuring a proprietary Nonbinding Surface (NBS™), these plates minimize molecular interactions, making them ideal for low-concentration protein and nucleic acid work. Constructed from crystal-grade polystyrene with solid black walls, they offer reduced autofluorescence and enhanced signal-to-noise ratios.
Available in both standard and low-volume formats, these microplates support miniaturized assay workflows and are validated for compatibility with automation systems and FLIPR® readers. Their flat-bottom wells ensure consistent optical measurements, while low flange or high base designs accommodate robotic handling and barcoding.
