IsoFast Bst 1-Step Mix
Application: IsoFast® Bst 1-Step Mix is a versatile isothermal amplification reagent designed for rapid and sensitive one-step reverse transcription and DNA amplification of RNA targets. It combines strand-displacing IsoFast Bst DNA Polymerase with a highly active modified MMLV Reverse Transcriptase (RTase Go) in a 2x master mix format, enabling efficient nucleic acid amplification at a constant temperature of 65°C.
The product line includes multiple pack sizes and formats suitable for real-time or end-point detection in molecular diagnostics, infectious disease detection, and research applications such as RT-LAMP.
