The Pellicon® 3 Cassette with Ultracel® 10 kDa membrane is designed for precision ultrafiltration in bioprocessing, protein purification, and analytical sample preparation. With a nominal molecular weight cut-off (NMWCO) of 10 kDa and a membrane area of 1.14 m², this cassette delivers efficient concentration, low extractables, and robust performance across a wide pH and pressure range.

Constructed with a composite regenerated cellulose (CRC) membrane, polypropylene screen, and TPE seal, the module includes a polypropylene-encapsulated stainless steel end cap for enhanced durability. It supports transmembrane pressures up to 80 psi, inlet pressures up to 100 psi, and recirculation rates of 4–6 L/min/m², making it ideal for scalable downstream workflows.
