Application:

The RapidPURE™ Plasmid Mini Kit is designed for rapid isolation of plasmid DNA from bacterial cultures. It can isolate up to 20 μg of plasmid DNA from 1.5 mL of an overnight bacterial culture, suitable for molecular biology applications such as sequencing and cloning.

• Kit format including pre-lysis buffer, alkaline lysis solution, neutralizing solution, wash solution, and spin columns
• Designed for plasmid prep from 1.5 mL bacterial culture
• Compatible with microcentrifuge or vacuum manifold processing
• Sample yield up to 20 μg of high copy number plasmid DNA
• Storage at room temperature (15°C to 30°C)
