The RapidPURE™ Plasmid Mini Kit is designed for rapid isolation of plasmid DNA from bacterial cultures. It can isolate up to 20 μg of plasmid DNA from 1.5 mL of an overnight bacterial culture, suitable for molecular biology applications such as sequencing and cloning.
