A xeno-free, IKVAV-functionalised hydrogel kit for preparing adjustable-stiffness matrices for 3D cell culture.

Key Features

• The included dilution solution allows the hydrogel strength to be adjusted by dilution.
• The hydrogel forms when mixed with cell culture medium, without requiring cross-linking agents.
• Cells can be harvested from the hydrogel using NexaGel Cell Recovery Solution.

Applications

• Developing 3D cell culture systems, including spheroid cultures and cultures for suspension cells or cells requiring low cell–matrix interaction.
• Supporting neuronal progenitor differentiation, cell adhesion, neurite outgrowth and angiogenesis studies.
