Description

A tunable hydrogel kit for preparing cell-culture matrices. Dilute the hydrogel with the supplied NexaGel® Dilution Solution to adjust matrix strength, then add cell-culture medium to form the gel.

• The hydrogel contains an MMP-sensitive peptide and can be degraded by matrix metalloproteinases.
• Gel formation requires no cross-linking agents.

Applications

• Use for 3D embedded cell culture or as a hydrogel coating for 2D culture.
• Suitable for spheroid formation and suspension cells, and for studies of cell proliferation, apoptosis, differentiation, migration and angiogenesis.
