Description

Sartorius Octet ProG Biosensors provide rapid, direct quantification of mammalian IgG using bio-layer interferometry. Protein G is pre-immobilized on the biosensor surface to capture human, mouse, rat and many other mammalian IgGs from buffer, media or complex matrices. Used with compatible Octet systems, the format supports assay turnaround times as fast as two minutes and can be regenerated multiple times for repeated measurements.
