Sartorius Octet ARC Biosensors
Description
Sartorius Octet Anti-Rabbit IgG Capture (ARC) Biosensors enable label-free, high-throughput kinetic and quantitation analysis of Fc-containing rabbit IgG antibodies. They are designed for use with crude and purified cell-culture samples in the development and manufacture of rabbit IgG-derived therapeutics. The biosensors provide high ligand-loading capacity and sensitivity and can be regenerated for repeated kinetic and quantitation assays.
