Description
Incucyte Rat Fabfluor-pH Red Antibody Labeling Dye is a pH-sensitive, dye-coupled antibody fragment for labeling Fc-containing rat test antibodies. Added directly to tissue-culture wells using a no-wash, mix-and-read workflow, it enables live-cell imaging of adherent and non-adherent cells. Internalized labeled antibodies generate a fluorogenic signal during processing through acidic lysosomes and endosomes, allowing antibody uptake to be monitored and quantified with Incucyte integrated software.
