Application: Nutritionally rich liquid medium designed for the growth and maintenance of recombinant Escherichia coli strains in molecular biology, supporting high cell density and extended logarithmic phase cultivation.

Product Details:

• Dehydrated powder 
• Appearance: Beige powder; amber-colored when prepared and autoclaved
• Storage: 2ºC to 25ºC; keep container tightly closed
• Preparation: Dissolve 47.6 g powder in 900 mL distilled water, add 4 mL glycerol, adjust volume to 1 L, heat to dissolve, autoclave at 121ºC for 15–20 min, store at 2ºC to 8ºC
• Formulation (g/L): Tryptone 12.00, Yeast Extract 24.00, K2HPO4 12.54, KH2PO4 2.31
• Final pH: 7.2 ± 0.2 at 25ºC
