Description

Sartorius Octet AMC Biosensors are capture-based biosensors for kinetic characterization of interactions between mouse Fc-containing proteins and target analytes. A factory-immobilized anti-mouse Fc-specific antibody captures the Fc-containing protein and provides the stable baseline used for kinetic measurements. The biosensors support analysis in buffer or complex media and are intended for use with Octet bio-layer interferometry systems.
