Description

Sartorius Octet AMQ Biosensors are designed for direct quantitation of murine immunoglobulin G (IgG) from mouse and rat samples. A factory-immobilised anti-murine IgG (Fv) antibody surface enables direct detection with minimal sample handling, while the 1–100 µg/mL working range supports concentration measurements without serial dilution or centrifugation. The biosensors provide a rapid format for murine IgG quantitation from crude lysates and cell culture supernatants.
