Incucyte Mouse IgG1 Fabfluor-pH Antibody Labeling Dye is a pH-sensitive dye coupled to an antibody fragment for labeling Fc-containing mouse IgG1 test antibodies. Formulated for the Incucyte Live-Cell Analysis System, it can be added directly to tissue-culture wells using a no-wash, mix-and-read workflow for live-cell imaging of antibody uptake in adherent or non-adherent cells. As the labeled antibody complex is internalized and processed through acidic endosomes and lysosomes, a fluorogenic signal develops that can be monitored over time and quantified with Incucyte integrated software analysis tools.
