Incucyte Neuroburst Lentivirus (Synapsin) is a lentiviral live-cell neuronal labeling reagent driven by a synapsin promoter. It provides long-term expression of a genetically encoded, mRuby-based orange fluorescent calcium indicator in neuronal cells for kinetic analysis of neuronal activity and functional connectivity.
